Teaching Methodology
Our courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and adopt a communicative approach aimed at developing practical language skills that can be used in real-life situations.
Our teaching is based on the following principles:
- the central role of the student who learns through pair work, group work and role taking.
- the teacher works as a facilitator for the communication
- use of teaching materials that propose real-life situations
- first dominant use, and then exclusive use, of the Italian language.
Italian Language Course Levels
LEVEL A1: BEGINNER
Course objective: Acquire the foundations of the Italian language to understand and use everyday expressions, introduce yourself, and communicate in simple everyday situations.
LEVEL A2: ELEMENTARY
Course objective: Develop the ability to communicate in everyday contexts, understand simple messages, and describe personal experiences, needs, and aspects of daily life.
LEVEL B1: INTERMEDIATE
Course objective: Strengthen independent language use to deal with the main situations of everyday life, understand texts of moderate complexity, and express yourself clearly on familiar topics.
LEVEL B2: UPPER INTERMEDIATE
Course objective: Enhance your ability to communicate fluently and spontaneously, understand complex texts, and participate confidently in conversations and discussions on a wide range of topics.
LEVEL C1: ADVANCED
Course objective: Refine your command of Italian for academic and professional contexts, expressing yourself with accuracy, fluency, and a rich vocabulary.
LEVEL C2: PROFICIENCY
Course objective: Achieve full mastery of the Italian language by understanding and producing complex texts and using Italian naturally, accurately, and with full awareness of linguistic nuances.
