Marco Nardo is an Italian who likes meeting people from different background and cultures.
He is in Kenya since 2011, working for GRT (Gruppo per le Relazioni Transculturali/Group for Trans-Cultural Relations), an Italian NGO aiming at bridging different cultures and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable and marginalized people.
He is involved in a project seeking the rehabilitation of street children and their reintegration back to their family. They use music as an entry point to their program of psychosocial support. The healing power of music and art has indeed a great impact on people, helping to bring out positive inner resources of each and every one.
Working with children is always a powerful source of energy for Marco. It reminds us to enjoy and smile at the simplest things in life!
