Join us for two special and very informative events during the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World:

  • Taste, Nutrition and Health: a matter of well-being

On November 16, Prof. M. Serafini, full professor of human nutrition at the University of Teramo, will hold a symposium on the topic “Taste, Nutrition and Health: a matter of well-being”. The event will be held at the Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI) in Mlolongo, Nairobi, from 9.30am. Furthermore, the event will be broadcast live.

There will also be other interventions by speakers from Kenya and the Seychelles.

On November 17, Prof. M. Serafini will hold another symposium on the theme “Dining with the Italian Cuisine: health, nutrition and well-being with taste”.

The event will be held at the Technical University of Mombasa starting from 9.30am.

The symposia will focus on the relationship between taste, nutrition and health. Prof. Serafini will discuss the importance of healthy and tasty cuisine and how it can contribute to general well-being.
