Orecchiette atte a Mano, Involtini di carne al sugo, Purè di patate, Crema di riccotta con fragole.  Hand made Orecchiette, Meat roulade with sauce, Mashed potatoes, Riccotta cream with stawberries.

Insalata di riso, Polpette di carne al vino bianco, verdure saltate, Sbricciolona alla crema.  Rice salad, Meatballs in white wine sauce, Sautéed vegetables, Cream tart.

Arancini di carne, Pasta primavera, Cassata speciale.  Meat arancini, Spring pasta,  Special cassata

Ravioli ricotta e spinaci, Parmigiana, Tiramisù.  (Ravioli ricotta and spinach, Baked  aubergine and parmesan, Tiramisù)

Risotto zafferano, Lasagne al ragù, Saltimbocca alla romana, Salame di cioccolato.


(Saffron risotto, Lasagna ragù, Cutlets with Parma ham, Chocolate salami)

Full course of 3 lessons: K.Shs. 8.500/- per person


Single lessons: K.Shs. 3.000/- per person (choose from either course)
