Tortelloni di pesce, Crochette di verdura, Torta nocciola e cioccolato. (Fish tortelloni, Vegetable croquettes, Hazelnut & chocolate cake).

Risotto ai frutti di mare, Timballo di pasta e verdure, Zabaione.  (Seafood risotto,  Pasta and vegetable timballo,  Zabaione cream.


 


6/11/13


Tortelli di melanzane, Peperoni ripieni di carne, Semifreddo meringato. Eggplant tortellini, Stuffed peppers, Chilled meringue and cream.

Pizza, Gnocchi al pesto, Cotoletta Milanese, Torta di mele. (Pizza, Gnocchi with pesto sauce, Chicken cutlets with breadcrumbs, Apple cake)

Ravioli ricotta e spinaci, Parmigiana, Tiramisù.  (Ravioli ricotta and spinach, Baked  aubergine and parmesan, Tiramisù)

Risotto zafferano, Lasagne al ragù, Saltimbocca alla romana, Salame di cioccolato.  (Saffron risotto, Meat lasagna, Meat cutletts,  Chocolate salami)

Full course of 3 lessons: K.Shs. 8.500/- per person


Single lessons: K.Shs. 3.000/- per person (choose from either course)
