The Italian Institute of Culture is pleased to announce a series of events culminating in a final opera concert featuring renowned Italian musicians and conductors Alice Meregaglia and Felice Venanzoni.
From May 24 to May 31, 2024, Meregaglia and Venanzoni will offer a 10-day opera training program for a group of aspiring Kenyan singers. These masterclasses represent a unique opportunity for opera enthusiasts and local musicians to learn from two outstanding professionals and hone their artistic skills.
Final Gala Opera Concert
Don’t miss the Final Gala Opera Concert on June 1, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Braeburn Theatre in Lavington. Organized in collaboration with OperaAffinity, this event concludes the intensive opera training program with an unforgettable celebration.
Join us to celebrate talent, featuring artists from Opera Studio and the Ghetto Classics Orchestra, who participated in the training program. It will be an evening filled with emotions and great music, showcasing the union of Italian and Kenyan cultures.
