We wish to invite you to the final event of the artist residency “Dialogos Part Six”, that will be held on Friday 10th June at 4:30 pm at Kuona Artists Collective (Likoni Close, Off Dennis Pritt Road, Hurlingham).
“Dialogos” is an artistic project with a focus on developing an artistic practice based on continuously negotiating knowledge, choices and awareness. The project has already been developed in Milan (Italy, 2011), Bellinzona (Switzerland, 2013), Olomouc (Czech Republic, 2017), again in Milan (Italy, 2018) and Liebefeld (Switzerland, 2021); it is now in its sixth edition between Italy and Kenya, in collaboration the Italian Cultural Institute in Nairobi.
Starting on 2nd of June, a group of artists comprising Umberto Cavenago, Onyis Martin, Giancarlo Norese, Longinos Nagila, Beatrice Polato, David Thuku and Luisa Turuani are working together in Nairobi, with also the remote participation of Cesare Biratoni, Sergio Breviario, Giuseppe Buffoli, Ermanno Cristini and Luca Scarabelli.
After ten days of residency the artists involved in Dialogos Part Six project will showcase the outcome of their experiences on Friday 10th June at 4:30 pm at Kuona Artists Collective.
