As part of his artistic residency in Nairobi, Italian guitarist and composer Claudio Quartarone will perform in a special concert on Friday, 20 March at 6:00 PM at the Kenya Conservatoire of Music (Harry Thuku Road).
During his residency, developed within the framework of the AIR – Artisti in Residenza project, Quartarone has been engaging with students and the local music community through masterclasses, workshops, and collaborative activities. This concert represents a further moment of artistic dialogue and exchange.
For this occasion, he will perform together with musicians from the Conservatoire, creating a unique musical encounter between guitar and strings. The program will explore contemporary sonorities, refined textures, and the interplay between classical and jazz influences.
