We are pleased to announce the artistic project “Sincronia”, curated by Isabella Indolfi, featuring a unique evening to be held on Thursday, 23 April 2026 at 6:30 PM in the evocative setting of Fort Jesus in Mombasa.

The event—organized in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy, the National Museums of Kenya (NMK), and the Italian MedOr Foundation—will feature a performance by the duo from Nova Media Studio, Federica Sorba and Eduard Tampu, arriving from Italy, together with musician Juma Tutu.

The artists will bring to life a live music and video mapping performance on the walls of the fort, paying tribute to Fort Jesus and the legacy of Giovanni Battista Cairati, an Italian architect and military engineer of the 15th century, who designed Fort Jesus—an outstanding example of Renaissance architecture and now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The event is free of charge, and registration is required by sending an email to: iicnairobi@esteri.it
