Farfalle fantasia con tonno e olive, Sformato
di verdure, Fritelle di carnevale. Farfalle
with tuna and olive sauce, Vegetable loaf,
Carnival fritelle.

Lasagne al pesce, Valdostana di pollo,
Zucchine trifolate, Crostata di amaretti e
mandorle. Fish lasagna with courgette and
prawns, Chicken valdostana, Sauteed courgette,
Amaretti and almond tart.

Purè di patate, Crema di riccotta con fragole.Hand
made Orecchiette, Meat roulade with sauce, Mashed
potatoes, Ricotta cream with strawberries.

Insalata di riso, Polpette di carne al vino bianco,
verdure saltate, Sbricciolona alla crema. Rice salad,
Meatballs in white wine sauce, Sautéed vegetables,
Cream tart.
