Where do fiction and nonfiction meet?
Wu Ming 1 is a member of Wu Ming, a collective of Italian writers based in Bologna, Italy. Formerly known as Luther Blissett Project, since the late 1990s they authored internationally acclaimed novels such as Q, 54, Manituana and Altai. As an individual author, Wu Ming 1 explores realms where historical non-fiction blends with narrative journalism, travelogue and poetry. Point Lenana, co-authored with Roberto Santachiara, was published in Italy in 2013 and is the most well-known UNO (Unidentified Narrative Object) in WM1’s solo output.
Roberto Santachiara, has worked in publishing for many years before starting his Literary Agency in 1991, representing a number of Italian writers for world market and several foreign authors for the Italian market. He has two major passions: books and mountaineering.
