Risotto ai frutti di mare, Timballo di pasta e verdure, Zabaione. (Seafood risotto, Pasta and vegetable timballo, Zabaione cream.

Tortelli di melanzane, Peperoni ripieni di carne, Semifreddo meringato. Eggplant tortellini, Stuffed peppers, Chilled meringue and cream.

Ravioli ricotta e spinaci, Parmigiana, Tiramisù. (Ravioli ricotta and spinach, Baked aubergine and parmesan, Tiramisù)

Risotto zafferano, Lasagne al ragù, Saltimbocca alla romana, Salame di cioccolato. (Saffron risotto, Meat lasagna, Meat cutletts, Chocolate salami)
