Short term scholarships for Italian language:
Each year this office is offered two short term scholarship for Kenyan students wishing to study Italian language and culture in Italy.
Mainly awarded for furthering studies in Italian language, this scholarship ranges in duration from 2 to 4 weeks, and may entitle the student to a variable percentage discount when applying for further study as well as other benefits (dependent upon the hosting institution).
This type of scholarship covers only the cost of the course (accommodation and travel expenses are the student's own responsibility) and is only applicable to those students who have paid and attended a minimum of 1 term in Italian language tuition at the Italian Institute of Culture. Rules and Regulations relative to the application procedure are available upon request from the IIC office in Nairobi.
