“Think Magic, Be You! Stories of women linking Italy and Kenya’’ is a web series promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute in Nairobi in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in Kenya, which aims to tell about the relationship between Italy and Kenya through the success stories of four women, whose professional path cut across these two countries.
In the first episode we will meet Sophia Njeri Murage, an expert in the field of geospatial sciences, who found an incentive in her career thanks to a a master course in “Space Mission and Design Management” from La Sapienza University of Rome.
In the second episode Careen Asamba, an entrepreneur in the field of agri-food processing, will tell about how her participation in the accelerator program organized by the Italian funded start-up incubator E4Impact, gave her the necessary tools to scale-up her business.
In the third episode we will meet Ruth Arusei, a young student who obtained a scholarship offered by the Italian government thanks to which she was able to obtain a master’s degree in “Biotechnology for food sciences” at University of Padua.
In the last episode the athlete and World Champion of the 800 meters in 2013 Eunice Jepkoech Sum, will tell about her relationship with Italy.
