{"id":4329,"date":"2025-04-09T15:31:53","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iicnairobi.esteri.it\/news\/dall_istituto\/2025\/04\/contributi-per-visite-di-ricercatori-docenti-esperti-personalita-e-operatori-culturali\/"},"modified":"2025-04-10T12:03:03","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T09:03:03","slug":"contributi-per-visite-di-ricercatori-docenti-esperti-personalita-e-operatori-culturali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iicnairobi.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_istituto\/2025\/04\/contributi-per-visite-di-ricercatori-docenti-esperti-personalita-e-operatori-culturali\/","title":{"rendered":"CONTRIBUTIONS FOR VISITS OF RESEARCHERS, TEACHERS, EXPERTS, PERSONALITIES AND CULTURAL OPERATORS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<strong>Italian Cultural Institute in Nairobi<\/strong> is pleased to announce the availability of contributions to support travel and accommodation expenses of Italian and foreign researchers, teachers, experts, cultural personalities, and cultural operators for the calendar year 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can apply for the contribution?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Italian and foreign researchers, teachers, experts, cultural personalities, and cultural operators residing in Italy for at least two years, invited by university or cultural institutions in Kenya for study or research purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Foreign and Italian researchers, teachers, experts, cultural personalities, and cultural operators residing in Kenya, invited by Italian university or cultural institutions for study or research purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Amount of the contribution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The contribution consists of a flat-rate daily allowance for a maximum of 10 days:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 5 days: \u20ac250 per day<\/li>\n<li>From the 6th to the 10th day: an additional \u20ac50 per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The maximum contribution per beneficiary is \u20ac1,500.<\/p>\n<p>To encourage cooperation with strategically important but geographically distant areas, such as Africa (excluding the MENA area), Asia, and the Americas, the contribution increases to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u20ac350 per day for the first 5 days<\/li>\n<li>\u20ac250 per day from the 6th to the 10th day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In these cases, the maximum contribution is \u20ac3,000.<\/p>\n<p>Only the days of actual cultural and\/or research activity will be considered for calculation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Missions must be completed by November 15, 2025.
